TRAINING is about more than picking up heavy objects and putting them back down. It’s about moving the needle on HOW WE PERFORM as athletes. Western strength training has separated the patterns of MOVEMENT from the STRENGTH required to do the movement. We end up with movement designed to grow muscle, but often divorced from the natural function of our joints.
