If you like breakfast, you will love our new breakfast menu! Our Culinary Chef Jesus Gibaja added some of our new forever favorite dishes, like chilaquiles, but with his signature twist! The crispy tortilla chips are covered with ranchera sauce, and topped with cream, cotija cheese, avocado, onion and cilantro. Inside, you will find a perfectly cooked poached egg. Buen provecho!
