My higher self stepping in to protect my inner child. 👼 The critical voice is trying to protect me but it prevents me from connecting to my creativity and expression. The more I listen the more similar it is to the criticism I heard growing up. By reframing I’m able to nurture myself in the previous moments I was hurt and free myself.
