. ▶五月特別主題 - 領導臺灣的先鋒設計師◀ 近年來臺灣時尚產業人才輩出、大放異彩,而成功的背後,是前輩設計師們的耕耘,造就了更多的舞台與機會。五月特別主題將介紹多位在臺灣時尚產業具有開創性及代表性的先鋒設計師,並致上最高的敬意! 陳季敏JAMEI CHEN 於1987年創立同名品牌,設計高級訂製服,並與國際時尚圈接軌,每年舉辦兩場服裝秀的發表。品牌設計風格優雅俐落、細緻簡約,是臺灣時尚設計的極簡主義代表,奠定了品牌獨特的形象。1995年陳季敏受邀至法國巴黎參加時裝展,隨後也出席紐約時裝展,並於1999年開設品牌專賣店,販售禮服與時裝,隔年設立JAMEI CHEN‧Soft 家居系列。 陳季敏的設計也備受電影產業青睞,1994年的《紅玫瑰白玫瑰》、 2001年的《一 一》、2008年的《痞子英雄》電影中,皆能看見陳季敏的服裝作品。 此外陳季敏更擔任「台灣高鐵」制服設計師,強調「服裝是城市中移動的風景」,秉持使用舒適的線條、修長的輪廓、簡實的材質,創造不受流行與時間所限制的設計 。 2007年的秋冬發表會將品牌推向時尚與藝術結合的完美境界,以「行走‧記憶」為題,與攝影家郭英聲開啟了跨領域合作的序幕,創造出有別於傳統概念中制式化的服裝展,引起各界熱烈迴響。而2017年的JAMEI CHEN 30周年靜態展演《經典‧當代‧解構》則透過影像藝術與服裝作品的對話,詮釋品牌跨世代奢華簡約風格。 陳季敏 JAMEI CHEN 品牌秉持著「簡淨是一種實踐的生活哲學,在簡淨中自見的風華,是一種生活的智慧」理念,透過顛覆、解構與重新組合的過程,讓作品在表象之下蘊含著更多關於人、關於情感、關於態度的豐厚底蘊。優雅講究、自信愜意,獻給所有新時代女性。 In recent years, talents in Taiwan's fashion industry have emerged in large numbers and shined brightly on the stage of the world.
