Italian Beef šŸ„ Smoked on the @biggreenegg over Pecan Chunks @bbcharcoal Here's my bbq take on the Classic Italian Beef. **this can be done in a crockpot, oven, or stovetop also, skip step 2** Italian Beef šŸ„„3-5lb Chuck Roast šŸ„„1 Yellow Bell Pepper Sliced šŸ„„1 Red Onion Sliced šŸ„„3-6 cloves garlic šŸ„„1 Jar Pepperoncini, 16oz šŸ„„1 Can Beer 12oz šŸ„„Italian Seasoning Blend šŸ„„S&P šŸ„„Ciabatta Rolls šŸ„„Giardinara 1. Season Chuck Roast with S&P on all sides. 2. Place on 225° smoker over dutch oven to catch drippings. (Add a small bit of water to avoid burning) 3. Once decent bark has formed on meat, place all ingredients into dutch oven, cover and cook until meat is probe tender. 4. Let rest for 1 hour, and pull by hand or with forks. 5. Soak bun in au jus and top with meat, garnish with some giardinara. 6.
