After weeks of coaching via FaceTime, video, phone calls, and constant texts—time with my athletes is so important to me, and to them. Being together during training rather than communicating across a phone- PLUS the lifting, the training, the lessons, the bonding, the laughs. We are working HARD, and I’m loving being in Vermont for the week to get in so much valuable time with these two.
