Thank you @chanelofficial for such an engaging, enriching weekend at the Cliveden Literary Festival. A weekend where the sun shone and we sat silently for hours (a treat in itself) as the speakers took us through their work and lives. Highlights included - - The humour and candour of my friend @edward_enninful speaking of his life, his work to create a more inclusive fashion industry and his incredible book A Visible Man - An unexpected and captivating monologue from actor Brian Cox while in conversation with Anne McElvoy. Brian is so much more than his most known role in Succession and I look forward to reading his memoir Putting the Rabbit in the Hat - A fascinating talk focusing on women in art. The past, present and future of a world where women are (mostly) not considered equal and where the overwhelming majority of works in any major gallery are still by men. Chaired by Yana Peel with @katy.hessel @nicholascullinan @flora_yukhnovich - Tina Brown engaging the audience during a very royal exploration of a future with King Charles III and what this means for the monarchy.
