Instead, bend those knees and stay in a squat position. This lowers your center of gravity and gives you more control over your movements/balance! ✿ DON’T lean too far back: Leaning a little too far back will result in a backwards tumble which can be grounds for tailbone bruising and head smacking. Instead, work to keep your weight forward, so if you fall, you’ll fall forward onto your pads or meats parts of he body like bicep and side of the leg. ✿ DON’T keep your legs completely parallel: You want to stagger your feet to give you more stability. With a staggered stance, it’s harder to slip out!
