Do you struggle with carpal tunnel syndrome, numbness/tingling in your wrist, hand and or first 3 fingers? This video is for you. In today’s reel I wanted to share more easy, yet effective median nerve flossing exercises to help alleviate some of the symptoms you might be experiencing. It’s important to not that these shouldn’t be performed when symptoms are active. Instead, try to perform these when there are no symptoms present. When experiencing numbness/tingling in any part of the arm and hand we want to focus on flossing the nerve back and forth instead of stretching the surrounding muscle. This will free up the nerve and take pressure off. These flossing exercises should not increase symptoms or cause pain while performing. Do not rush through this - take it slow! Perform 5-6 repetitions on each hand. Hope these help!
