Summer running is hot, literally 🔥• I’ve spent most of this summer heat training, and I’m not gonna lie, it’s been rough. However, I have a newfound joy of running in a sports bra and shorts, something that 15 years ago I would have been mortified to do. Grateful to my body for getting used to the heat, and grateful to the heat for pushing me out of my comfort zone with my apparel.
