BOOTCAMP!! As an agency we help create spaces for our New face models to practice. We hold quarterly boot camps, where our models will practice walking, update Polaroids and film intro / personality videos. We absolutely love these Bootcamps because it gives our models the space to make mistakes, to practice and to build confidence. Here is a little montage of our last one.
