I will never forget the day @quinnshephardofficial walked out of our bathroom post-shower and pitched the idea of a girl faking a vacation on Instagram only for her to end up pretending to survive a terrorist attack. I believe my exact words were “That’s batshit and if anyone is brave enough to write it, it’s you.” After four years, a dozen-ish drafts, monthly two person readings in our living room, five weeks of whirlwind shooting, nine months of post, now we’re HERE!
