"Our focus on this piece was to capture how music inspires us in all aspects of our lives. We wanted to showcase this by shooting on film which generally brings a warm and more connected feeling to the subject and the short slice of her life we share with the audience. We believe that only film can give that special look and feeling thru grain and colors that aren’t achievable on digital mediums. We shot on the Bolex h16, and utilized an underwater housing for the water scenes.
