Parm Lemon Salmon 🧀🍋🎣 Fresh Lake Michigan Caught Salmon ⬇️⚠️Recipe ⚠️⬇️ 🥄Salmon Filets 🥄Greek Yogurt 🥄Dijon Mustard 🥄Grated Parm 🥄Lemon Slices 🥄Fresh Dill 🥄Fresh Cilantro 🥄S&P 1. Combine the Yogurt and Dijon well, spread generously on Salmon Filets and let rest for about a half hour to hour on counter, or longer in the fridge. 2. Using the back of a spoon, spread some of that mixture off the Salmon leaving just a thin layer. 3. Evenly layer the Grated Parm over your Filets, add the lemon slices, and salt & pepper to taste. 4. Place onto smoker/grill at 250°-300° until internal temperature reaches 145° (hour to hour 30) 5. Garnish with Dill and cilantro. 6.
