Happy almost New Year, friends! 🥳 2022 was a pivotal year for us, one in which we laid the foundation for the future growth of Ground Up—both from a production standpoint and with regards to our impact model. 🙌 Some of our biggest wins of the year:
Thanks to your support, we hired a record 24 womxn in our training program, with 11 graduating!
We purchased machinery that doubled our production capacity, and we continued to hit new production milestones each month!
We streamlined our training program to make it as straightforward and impactful as possible—changes inspired in large part by the @redfworks program Julie was a part of this year.
We launched 13 seasonal flavors—5 of which were brand new and 2 of which were chocolate-y ones that you all couldn’t get enough!
We piloted a 4 day workweek; the team loved it so much, we’re making it a permanent thing!
Our nut butters were featured on the Today Show!
We dove back into the world of events and farmer’s markets—from LA to Seattle, we toured the west coast this holiday season. Shout out to everyone who came out to support!
