What’s the best “type” of training for growing the booty?
- Hypertrophy training while progressive overloading on all glute focused exercises as well as our compounds like barbell hip thrusters, glute bridges, & deadlifts. Keeping your reps high at 12-15 reps and struggling for your last 3-5 reps.
