Find out via her latest post at @yearinwine About our 2019 Free Form Cabernet Franc ⬇️ 🌱 Farmed at Sekhon’s Organic Vineyard in Osoyoos the fruit was destemmed to open-top stainless steel fermenters. Aged in concrete, the wine was spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and malolactic. After 11 months, the wine naturally settled, and it was bottled mid-August 2020. 🍷 Recently released, this wine can age another 5 years, however, is certainly enjoyable now! Showcasing dark black plums with blackberry fruit, a smoky note with rich mocha and classic cabernet franc herbal aromatics.
