These garlic parmesan wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and gone before half time. Definitely adding these to my game day rotation! For the wings: * 1.5- 2 lbs chicken wings (split at joints) * 2 tbsp olive oil * 2 tbsp corn starch * Seasoning: salt, black pepper, adobo, garlic powder, cayenne, paprika, onion powder For the sauce: * 1 stick unsalted butter * 5-6 garlic cloves, minced * Seasoning: salt, adobo, and red pepper flakes ( to taste) * 1⁄3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese * chopped parsley (half of 1 bunch) Instructions 1. Pat wings completely dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine with all the seasoning until evenly coated. 2. Fry in neutral oil heated to 350 for 8-10 minutes until golden brown 3. In a skillet or pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté 1–2 min until fragrant (don’t brown it). Stir in adobo, onion powder and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat. 4. Toss the crispy wings directly in the garlic butter and add freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley until thoroughly combined. 5. Serve with ranch or Caesar dressing for dipping. #gamedayfoodideas #wings #fyp #footballsunday
