Fried eggs are so last year. You should give our Jammy Eggs a whirl and start your day with a kick. Melt some salted butter in a saucepan along with a pinch of chilli flakes and paprika. Set it aside then mix 400g Greek Yogurt with a bit of garlic and some lemon rind. Boil your eggs for 7 minutes, then cut them in half after they’ve cooled.
