It might not be huge but I’m proud. 🫶🏽💪🏾 Between getting back on my @cateredfit disciplined eating (less sugar/bread), stopping my obsession with trying to “keep my baby weight” PLUS adding in workouts 3x a week, I have noticed some changes. I put the same bikini on two months apart so that I could see them.
I was getting thin again after baby and it worried me - so I made the mistake of eating a lot of non healthy vegan foods to stay “thick.” *Side-eyes vegan tiramisu* But then a few weeks into that I noticed I was getting a tad bigger in the midsection. My 5 year old asked me if there was a baby brother in my belly. 🫠🤨 This world can make us think we need to look like someone other than ourselves. I definitely allowed the “you need to keep this baby weight” comments on social media to get into my head. We can’t choose where we lose and gain but we can’t eat healthy foods and tone the bodies we do have. So here I am back around 140lbs and feeling healthier than ever.
