4213 · Thai Dragon Utility Shirt · Golden Thai Dragons
The first pattern utility shirt was seen as part of combat uniforms in the 60's. Designed with two patch pockets at the chest, a straight hem and buttoned cuffs. Dyed in the original Olive OG-107F and worn typically over a T-Shirt completing a set of 'fatigues' to cope in warmer climates.
Paying homage to the original, the shirts are constructed from a repro U.S. Army stock sateen comprised of organic yarns exclusively for Maharishi. Sukajan style embroidery over the front, sleeves and reverse of Thai dragons as well as referencing the 'Liberty cuffs' seen on naval forces during WWII as sailors were forced to switch to a covert form of embroidered decoration for their uniforms.
