TW: loss of a pet, grief, cancer The Quish family reached out to us after they received a very hard diagnosis for Filly, their greyhound, about capturing their family of 4. Inquiries and sessions like these are always so heavy to receive but such a monumental honor for us to capture. We met Conor and Megan on a horse farm outside of town where Conor and Max the dog work everyday. We laid on Filly’s favorite blanket. We held the pups close and cherished every touch. We played with the dragon toy that was bought the day Filly came home. We listened to the cicadas in the trees and the bullfrogs by the water. It was peaceful. It was good.
