Today is Autism Awareness Day. In my world every single day is Autism Awareness Day. Anyone with children with special needs can attest how challenging it can be and how overwhelming some of the most basic life moments can be. So today I simply ask everyone to pause and to give grace. The next time you see a parent struggling instead or judging them or wondering why their child is acting the way they are ask “how can I help?” I am blessed beyond measure to have amazing friends and family who support me and love my boys almost as much as I do.
