Pacha was rescued from becoming a meat bird. @austinfarmsanctuary welcomed her, to continue her journey alongside their fleet of animals. I’m so grateful. Passing Pacha over was painful. I tried to find a way to keep her to become a part of our family. Pacha and all other animals before her are the reason we’re getting on land. To give sanctuary to those who need it most, with the freedoms that come from owning your own home and land. Soon come. She is going to live a beautiful life surrounded by those who make it their life mission to protect animals. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome for her. It’s interesting to see what animals take to you, trust you most and flow with your energy. I connect deeply with birds. Hens, roosters, turkeys. I feel blessed that they often feel comfortable enough to share their magic with me. When an animals trusts you and you feel that - it adds a layer of purpose to existing. It’s absolutely a part of why we’re here. To tend to, care for and protect life. Sanctuaries like @austinfarmsanctuary pour so much energy and love into theirs spaces.
