I had the loveliest day yesterday in the joyful company of old friends and new at a sun-soaked @tythebarnlaunton in the Oxfordshire countryside. We sipped beautiful English wines under an Avenue of Birch trees, counted sheep, before country-garden inspired cocktails on the Farmhouse lawns, this time under a giant Willow tree. A Best of British lunch was packed full of fresh, seasonal ingredients before we picked strawberries and ate dessert in the barn. It was most definitely the tonic we all needed.
