These slices hands down are some of the best slices in NYC. Roberta’s is known for their Neapolitan-style pizzas (and if you haven’t tried them, what are you doing??) so when I heard they just opened a New York Style slice shop, I knew it was going to be top notch!! Let’s get into the slices: FIRE AND ICE 🔥 🧊 they transformed their incredible Fire and Ice dish into a pizza so now you can get their perfect n’duja and stracciatella dish on a slice!! This was one of my favorites. SPECIAL 🌶️ Every week they are doing a special pie with innovative flavors!! I tried the sausage pie with salsa verde, lemon and Calabrian chili and it was life changing PEPPERONI🍕 Never met a pepperoni pie from Roberta’s that I didn’t love. A classic that you have to get CHEESE 🧀 The simplest form of pizza yet so hard to master. Their cheese slice is everything you would want in a slice; crispy, chewy, cheesy and the freshest tomato sauce CLAM 🐚 I didn’t get to try the clam because they serve this slice on Fridays only!
