For those of you wanting to have a go at EDM shuffle dancing, meet us by the invisible unicorn at 7am sharp, ok? 🤪 DISCO DANCING - Join The Meyer Dancers for a 1970s Disco Dancing workshop to get you hitting the groove on any dancefloor! We will begin with disco cardio to well known disco classics (plus rarities!) to get the party started followed by learning some key moves from the era. To finish, you will learn part of a routine to flaunt under any disco ball! Open to all levels. RISING SOUL DANCE - Enjoy this guided intuitive dance session to drop into your body and out of a busy mind. Together we will shake, release, connect and groove to classic House and Ibiza Chillout classics which will leave you feeling open & free. Explore new ways of moving the body and get ready to celebrate life! No previous movement experience is needed, there is no wrong or right as there are no steps to learn. Just come ready to move and free your soul!
