In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month we will be hosting a Breast Massage Workshop! Beyond Breast Message is a workshop for women led by ORA’s Acupuncturist, Fausta Tamburino. You may already do a routine monthly breast check, but what about a self breast massage? A breast massage has many physical benefits such as improving circulation, removing stagnation in the tissues, and releasing toxins. In this class, you will learn how to give yourself a self-nourishing breast massage, the emotional and spiritual benefits of a breast massage, and how to cultivate this into a self-care ritual that will promote your inner and outer wellbeing.
