Ticket link is in the bio☝️ Anne did so much to promote rural communities in the Northeast while introducing us to the best American cheeses through her shop Saxelby Cheesemongers. After she passed away last October, her family and friends started a fund to bring young adults onto farms for monthlong apprenticeships similar to the ones Anne embarked on when she was in her 20s. Thirty-three apprentices have already traveled this year on life-changing experiences. We have already had two groups of motivated, intelligent young cheese professionals come through Jasper Hill Farm. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to work with the next generation and want to see it persist for years to come!
