Replying to @unknown Homemade labneh is very easy to make. I use a 1kg tub if plain yoghurt (not greek or any other) & mix through salt - about 3/4 - 1 tsp. Pour in a cheesecloth bag & sit in a strainer over a bowl toncatch liquid.
