Here’s a closer look at my cover & feature with @runnersworlduk 🎉 It’s that time of year when diet culture is rife, brands, gyms, family, our brains 😅 ect. will try to guilt trip us into “shifting those festive fat rolls” and many of us will be hitting the health kick hard. So I was really grateful to share my perspective on body acceptable and diet culture at this time, hopefully it will cut through some of the noise this season. Weight loss/ body goals can be great and also necessary for some people’s health but they also have a dark side too. Movement is about so much more then changing your body.
