I learned so much in 2022. I am a different human than I was only a year ago. The biggest thing I learned is how to be OK slowing down and trusting. I learned to step into my power. I learned that sometimes resentments stem from a lack of boundaries. Gratitude is a shift in perspective and is the absolute highest frequency to be in. Having moments of clarity and trust are still growth even if they’re just moments. I learned to allow myself to have big dreams, and that they’re not impossible even if I have no idea how they’re going to come true.
