If you’re an espresso martini lover, try this Pumpkin Butter Bourbon Carajillo 🎃🍂 2 heaping bar spoons pumpkin butter 1 oz bourbon 1 oz Licor 43 1.5 oz fresh espresso Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional but I wish I would’ve added this!) Garnish: cinnamon, marigold, star anise Method: combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube.
