I’ve been getting asked two questions about #thefabelmans 1.) How the was it? And 2.) Did you meet Steven Spielberg? First question: It’s amazing. While fictionalized, its certainly Spielberg’s most personal film, digging deep into his childhood and his family’s life. It’s a truly extraordinary and moving and surprisingly funny film. As to the second question: no, I didn’t meet him — however, we both sat in aisle seats 10 feet part. What a way to see the world premiere of his latest masterpiece. Here he is on stage with his cast and writer Tony Kushner, after the screening, receiving a thunderous standing ovation.
