BBQ Seasoned French Fries🍟 (Air Fryer Recipe) What you need 2 russet potatoes approx 1 lb , 1T kosher salt, 1 T distilled white vinegar, 1 T neutral oil, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/4 tsp each garlic & onion powder, & 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, sea salt 1️⃣ Cut potatoes into fry shape: cut a sliver off side of potato through the length ( to create a stable base), rest on cut side then cut through length into disks, then cut disks into fries 2️⃣In a large pot cover potatoes with 2 in of cold water, add kosher salt & white vinegar, mix. Bring to a boil, then lower heat & par cook on a slow boil approx 7-8 min 3️⃣Carefully, Air dry till cool, then dry thoroughly using kitchen towel 4️⃣Place in a large bowl, whisk together oil & seasoning in a small mixing bowl.
