An Answered Prayer! Three words that will forever describe Pi Phi to me. All of high school I prayed and pleaded with the lord to bless me with a friend group that I didn’t have to put a face on for, and the lord continuously told me to be patient and wait on him. I didn’t understand why and was constantly frustrated by the fact I never felt like a had a true home. Then on August 17, 2022 all of that changed when I opened a simple, plain envelope with the words Pi Beta Phi on it. From that moment on I’ve been surrounded with woman that have celebrated me on my best days and loved me on my worst. Women that have pushed me to be unapologetically myself and embrace everything that life has to offer. So as I sit here at the start of my junior year I think the Lord for providing me with a sisterhood that’s goes far beyond a sorority on Maple street . Giving me something much more than I could have ever imagined, and insight for every PNM going through rush. Pi Beta Phi will forever and always choose you and love you!
