21 Day Habit Challenge:
They say it takes 21 days of consistency to create a habit. I let myself fall off physically for my standards. Between the holidays, work travel and little minor bumps and bruises I’ve allowed my habitual daily practice of movement to take a back seat to what seemingly were more pressing matters. Taken together, our holistic system of “MIND, BODY & SPIRIT” is greater than the sum of it’s parts. I’ve found myself to be a much more useful INDIVIDUAL and BUSINESSPERSON when I’m attending to all 3 of those foundational pieces. I’m now re-committing to 21 straight days of MOVEMENT to grab that habit back. @revolveman
