It’s been a gnarly road *warning wound shots here* surgery then physio 4 days later 🤢. I went through the usual - I’ll never skate again and what on earth are you doing at your age - mind games. But today, 4 weeks after surgery and a week after turning 52 I went skating at selfridges and touched the plastic 😁. So I am going to skate some more cos I love it and it makes me feel good. 💖
