Here are the very few shots I got over Xmas break ❤️ Tried to give myself some much needed distance from the gram and other social platforms because let’s be honest they can all become very toxic and addictive. Taking a step back, spending time with family, leaving my phone in another room and being present with people is how I spent most of my holiday season. Don’t get me wrong I had a scroll or two but man it felt good to not constantly be within an arms reach to my phone and has seriously made me so much happier than the burnt out, stressed out version of me I was before the break 😅 Give yourself that break, I promise the world won’t fall apart if you do and you deserve it cause life can be exhausting sometimes ❤️ Anyway I’m going to put my phone down now and practice what I preach 😂 See you in 2023!
