Making the videos for Satellite, Loose Future, and These are the Good Old Days was one big collaborative art project. I designed, and painted the costumes, with the great sewing and crafting aid of @cybelle_elena I brought our director V a bunch of trinkets from home that V glued onto the Satellite space bike, as if my character were magnetic to all these earthly materials. V sculpted the bike while I broke mirrors and glued them to my sneakers. (1000 years bad luck) Our amazing hair and makeup team crafted me into CUPID for These are the Good Old Days, so I could awkwardly dance in my hand-painted poppy dress. We embraced a complete one-take one through for Loose Future, which was scary but so gratifying to embrace mistakes. Embodying the full spectrum of my creativity has been so empowering.
