I moved thousands of miles away at 20 - in pursuit of a nourishing environment. Toxic family relationships, cyclical behavior and settling for less than what I capable of. Me, the plant. My soil was toxic. Shifting my environment, expanding my community and healthy bonds is and was vital for my peace in this life. Changing environment can be difficult. Even if it’s unhealthy and limiting, it may be comfortable...maybe the only one we’ve ever known. Leaping into the unknown has been the most incredible step towards content and happiness. Healthy soil, healthy plant.
