🎅MAKE PROTEIN GINGERBREAD COOKIES 🎄
These bad boys are delish!
* 25 g vegan protein powder (@nakedharvestsupplements vanilla cake batter) use MADDIEB for 15% off
* 2 tsp collagen powder @nakedharvestsupplements
* 1 1/2 tbsp. Natvia or normal sugar
* 2 tbsp. (15g) gluten-free baking flour*
* 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
* 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1/8 tsp. baking soda
* Dash ground allspice *optional
* Dash salt optional
* 1 large egg white
* 1 1/2 tbsp. Nuttelex
* 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
* Preheat oven to 180 degrees C*
* Whisk together dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
* Add wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
* Wrap up and place in freezer for 30 minutes
* Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface or on baking paper.
* Use cookie cutters to make desired shapes.
* Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.

* Add icing and sprinkles if you prefer x
