Subtle movements, stance changes and attacks will help manoeuvre an opponent into making a mistake. Here is a small sneak peak into the movements and drills we worked on to land THAT KICK. The inside low kick and teep were utilised well as well as the feinting the jab and dropping levels. This was not by accident! Leon worked the script beautifully and put it all into place which is no easy task. There were many other tricks we had in the locker and some more to add from this last fight.
