My 1st burn 2008 I felt truly at home surrounded by thousands of humans for the 1st time. The desert had a beautiful vibe of creativity, exploration, & playfulness with no societal judgement. The rules were made to bring people together sharing responsibility & opening the heart to new adventure. Not sure if was two years of lockdown or what but the energy shared in this 2022 burning man crowd of over 70,000 humans was special. Yeah people party hard, they dance ,& test their biological limits in the desert. But to see all those thousands of people who stayed for the temple burn go from chaos to total silence in respect for each other , that amazing 30 minutes of space held so people can let go, cry, and embrace each other. That left me with a profound hope for humanity I’ll take with me for life. Hope y’all had a great burn🔥✨🤗
