Ingredients : Dough balls - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits) -1 cup granulated sugar - 2 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 cup Kerrygold butter, melted Cinnamon butter sauce - 1/2 cup Kerrygold butter, melted - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp vanilla - Pinch of salt Frosting - 1 cup powdered sugar - 1 to 2 tbsp milk - 1 tbsp Kerrygold butter, softened - 1/2 tsp vanilla Instructions 1. Cut biscuits into 4 pieces and roll into balls. 2. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Dip each ball in melted Kerrygold butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar. 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Form a Christmas tree: one ball at the top, then rows of 2, 3, 4, and 5, plus a small row of 2 for the trunk. 4. Whisk butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Spoon evenly over the tree. 5. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. 6. Mix frosting ingredients and drizzle over the warm tree (add sprinkles if you want it festive).
