As a kid @billyjoel was a staple in our house. There was rarely a roadtrip he didn’t soundtrack and his songs were some of the first I knew outside of a Wiggles tune. He was also one of the first people I learnt storytelling from, how to paint a picture so vividly personal you were standing on the sticky bar floor as he played. So, to be at the @mcg (for many of us the first return to concerts after 3 years) as he played what is likely his final Australian show was magical ✨ Oh, and so was hearing 92,000 people sing this... 🎹
