Dare we say that it is rosé weather at last? If Fergus is pouring, it must be so. Although truth be told, the pale pink Beausoleil has been gracing our glasses for some weeks already - fresh and crisp to underline a chilly day; light with coastal, saline notes for days of unexpected warmth. Of course it is always rosé weather. And as Trevor so rightly puts it, “there always seems to be a second glass”.
