Meet Thuthukile Moloto, our General Manager for @fireandiceur in South Africa. Thuthukile – affectionately known as Thuthu – began her career with Marriott International in the accounting department for @africanpridemelrosearchhotel. In 2007, she joined the Protea Hotels family, where she consistently put her hand up to lead multiple hotel openings, including @fireandicema as Front Office Supervisor and @proteahotelfireandicemenlyn as Rooms Division Manager. After a decade with the experiential brand, she was appointed General Manager of @proteahotelkarridenebeach, for which she was named the 2019 Rookie of the Year. Now as a two-time GM, Thuthu’s best career advice has always been simply to “Build, grow, and excel in the uncharted.”
