Whenever I find myself jumping around on this app and landing on new profiles, I always wish I could see a brief bio summarizing a bit more about who someone is, without having to do major scrolling. So here’s a little bit about me, to whomever may have landed here I was born in Bristol, England and when I was 2 my family relocated to the Silicon Valley, California - so I grew up in the California sunshine with British blood. I’ve always been artistically inclined, and somehow managed an acceptance into UCLA’s very small Design Media Arts program, where my love for design expanded exponentially. While studying in Los Angeles, a small community I had fostered from running a blog site on Tumblr gave my newly created Instagram account a small boost, and as I was sharing personal content here on Instagram, my online presence was rapidly growing. By the time I graduated, I not only had a Design degree, but a community of hundreds of thousands along with it, and creating content was looking more and more like a viable career path. The term “influencer” had yet to be adopted, but I took a leap of faith and went all-in on social media, utilizing my design skills along the way. After 7 years of cultivating a community, building businesses, traveling the world, working with *pinch-me* brands, and mastering content creation through story-telling — leads me to where I am today. Nearly 30 years old, based in West Hollywood, Los Angeles with my boyfriend of 7 years, @zackkalter, running multiple businesses, with several exciting projects on the horizon, and yet somehow it feels like we’re just getting started.
