If I can suggest anything to you in this life, it is to surround yourself with people that walk the walk. Talk is not enough. Consistency is crucial. As a yoga teacher I take pride in my personal practices. I don’t tell my students to do anything I don’t or wouldn’t do. I strive to follow the yogic path to the best of my ability. I’ve created an entire life around these principles. A life very different from the one I used to lead. It’s never been easy but it’s always beautiful. Along this journey I have met incredible souls who have inspired, pushed & molded me into the person I am today. My heart swells with gratitude for them. This angel, @syamaranidasi has been devoted to her practices from the moment she took them on. She has single handedly changed every soul she’s come in contact with. She has never wavered on her commitment to her spiritual advancement all while pushing others to do the same. She takes on more than seems physically possible & does it all with elegance, grace & laughter. Her talent is abundant & her mood is always humble. She has showered me with love & taken the time to guide me in ways that I will never be able to repay her for. Any moment spent with her is special, but today I will never forget. From dark to light.
